Just when things were looking up for Detroit #Pistons, they took a big blow when Brandon Jennings injured himself in the Pistons loss to the Bucks Saturday night.
Jennings will miss the remainder of the season due to a ruptured left Achilles tendon. The injury, which will require surgery, was confirmed following an MRI conducted on Sunday by team medical personnel.
Team medical personnel will work with Brandon and his representatives in determining the next course of action and treatment for the injury. No timetable is being placed on Jennings’ return at this time. Via Pistons.com
Pistons fans aren’t the only one bummed out by the new. Jennings took to twitter on Sunday after the official diagnosis.

Pistons fans wished him a speedy recovery.
Jennings, who was a big part of Detroit’s resurgence will surly be missed. Only time will tell if they can keep themselves in the win column without him.

daaamn not that i m fond of him i know we re running hot i watched the hawks game away last week ind he was drivin me crazy but then again – DAAAAAAAMN get well brandon
everyone lumped brandon jennings in with josh but after josh left we all got to see that brandon jennings can in fact be a brilliant point guard. Just when brandon started to capture the hearts of the fans this had to happen. I still hope we make the playoffs but so much of our success was due to jennings playing the best basketball of his career.
Not being able to play basketball is the worst thing.
