josh had a pretty good game tonight and over all good effort from the pistons. The refs were out of control but we still pulled in a win.

Pistons are a joke right now. I always feel incredibly stressed after the opening minutes, based on our abysmal defense and shot selection.
Nat you need to post more even your seo has fallen

Some fan you are. I used to like this website but you’ve become a lousy fan. It’s all negativity here now. It’s people like you that help to hold this team back. Who wants to play in front of a jerk like you holding a sign asking arguably our best player not to shoot? Didn’t your mother teach you to keep your mouth shut if you don’t have anything nice to say? Good thing there’s waaayy better places to get my Pistons news.

josh smith is one of the worst players in the NBA. His three point percentage is 25% and he is on track to shoot over 200 three point shots this year, his true shooting percentage is 40% which is one of the lowest in the NBA. Josh Smith has the most minutes of any player on our team, he has the most shot attempts and he is the worst shooter.

He’s a bad basketball player. Don’t get me wrong, once upon a time Josh Smith was a great basketball player. That was in 2009-2010 when he took 7 three point attempts the entire year, his true shooting percentage was 54%, he had only 12 shot attempts per game (he has more per game now when he’s terrible . . . guy has to make pointz and he will keep shooting it until he fills the stat sheet). In 2009-2010 he was averaging 9 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 steals per game. He was a good player then!!

But he will never again be the player he was in 2009-2010. Right now he is a bad player and declining and ever time he shoots the ball he’s eating up a possession that should go to literally any other player on the court, Greg, Drummond, DJ, Jennings, Singler, it doesn’t matter, Josh Smith should not shoot he’s bad at it right now.

He’s the highest paid player on our payroll that doesn’t make him into the best player. I wish Josh Smith from 2009-2010 would come back but that guy had freakish athletics and huge potential. Unfortunately for Josh he never changed his game, and now that he has lost his freakish athletic ability he has nothing. He didn’t develop a post game, he didn’t develop a jump shot, heck he didn’t even learn how to shoot free throws.

If you think Josh Smith has nothing to do with the fact that pistons suck . . . well wait until Greg Monroe leaves for free agency then you’ll see how great Josh is at carrying this team.
