The 0-3 #Pistons will host the 2-1 New York Knicks at the Palace of Auburn Hills Wednesday night. Detroit will be after their first win of the season when they hit the court.
The good: Greg Monroe, Andre Drummond and Brandon Jennings had strong games in the Palace opener.
The bad: The Pistons must contain Carmelo Anthony who is averaging 22 points in his first three games of the season and always seems to give the Pistons trouble. Josh Smith still isn’t shy when it comes to shooting.
The unknown: Van Gundy is considering starting his a big front line of Josh Smith, Greg Monroe and Andre Drummond.

Pistons:: Gigi Datome and Cartier Martin are doubtful (or more like doubful they’ll get any playing time). Jodie Meeks is out.
Nets:: Quincy Acy is probable and Andrea Bargnani and Jose Calderon are out.
Fact:Detroit was 2-1 against New York last season. This was the first season series New York has lost to the Detroit Pistons since the 2006-07 season.
Fact:Andre Drummond averaged 14.0 points and 18.0 rebounds in three games against the Knicks last season.
Fact:Carmelo Anthony averaged 29.0 points in three games against the Pistons last season.
