The 24-36 #Pistons will host the 33-27 Chicago Bulls Wednesday night at The Palace of Auburn Hills. The Bulls, who are playing good basketball are just one and a half games behind the Raptors for third place in Eastern Conference.
Chicago has lost two of three to Detroit since winning 18 straight in the series.
The good: Andre Drummond who grabbed a career-high and NBA season-high-tying 26 rebounds vs. New York. Andre’s 26 is the most rebound recorded by a Pistons since Ben Wallace put up 28 vs. Boston (3/24/02).
The bad: The Bulls should be gunning hard for this one. Despite not having Derrick Rose, they’re doing a heck of a job in the lowly eastern Conference.
Don’t diss Dre, he just wants to play ball.
The unknown: Will this Pistons team keep the momentum going against the Bulls or did they dismantle the Knicks simply because they are terrible?
Pistons: Chauncey Billups (left knee surgery) is out.
Bulls: Derrick Rose is out.
Stat: Detroit is 1-1 against the New York Knicks this season.
Stat: Carmelo Anthony is averaging 29.5 points against the Pistons this season.
Tip off is at 7:30 pm and will be broadcast on Fox Sports Detroit . If you can’t catch the game on TV, catch it on the radio over at 97.1 The Ticket.
Thanks for the video Nat, hadn’t see that one.
It takes good team play on offence to beat the bulls. or outstanding stars. We have neither.
I’m ok with this one though, the guys fought hard agains the hardest working team there is. They were in it until the fourth. Then once the bulls started hitting some shorts that was that.
