The 13-16 #Pistons are in Cleveland to take on the 10-16 Cavaliers Monday night. The Pistons will try to snap their two game losing streak by taking out the Cavs after two disappointing losses to Charlotte and Houston at The Palace.
Detroit swept the season series last season 4-0 against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
The good: The Pistons have won their last six meetings with the Cavaliers, winning three straight in Cleveland at Quicken Loans Arena.
The bad: The two very disappointing back-to-back losses at home. The Bobcats loss especially stung after the Pistons were cruising to victory going into the fourth quarter. The team that took the court against the Rockets did not look like the one that beat the Pacers or the Heat, in fact they looked like they had given up on themselves as soon as the second quarter started.
The unknown: Will Detroit hit the court with something to prove? Can Brandon Jennings continue to play well, and will he dominate a hot Kyrie Irving?
Injury Report: None.
Fact: Detroit swept the season series last season 4-0 against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Fact: Detroit has a better record on the road than at the Palace so far this season.
Fact: Andre Drummond now ranks second in the NBA in field goal percentage with 61.9%.
Tip off is at 7:00 pm and will be broadcast on Fox Sports Detroit . If you can’t catch the game on TV, catch it on the radio over at 97.1 The Ticket.
Dominating win by the Pistons. Maybe we should play all our games on the road.
Another great game by JSmoove. Double/double by BJ, Moose and Dre. Double figures by Singler, Stuckey and Gigi off the bench.
Bynum was a healthy DNP. Joins JJ, and CV31 in Cheek`s dog house. Will and Charlie won`t be back next year. Stuckey may be back. Moose almost certainly will be since the Pistons can match any offer.
Oops Bynum is not a free agent next year. Only Stuck and CV31 are UFA.
