The 2-3 Pistons are in Portland for the first game of their four game Western trip to take on the 4-2 Trail Blazers. The Pistons would love to start the trip on a good note, but don’t necessarily play well in Portland, losing five straight there.
- The good: Greg Monroe and his hot game along with the great start by Rodney Stuckey.
- The bad: The Blazers are winners of five of their last six games against Detroit. Watch out for LaMarcus Aldridge, Damian Lillard and Wesley Matthews. The trio need to be contained for Detroit to have a chance.
- The unknown: Can Detroit settle down on the defensive end and stop giving up so many points? Detroit has given up an average of 109 in their last two games. Will Andre Drummond stay out of foul trouble so he can stay on the floor?
Tip off is at 10:00 pm and will be broadcast on Fox Sports . If you can’t catch the game on TV, catch it on the radio over at 97.1 the Ticket.
Am I the only one who thinks we need more KCP and Luigi and less Bynum and Singler.
Ok.. horrible perimeter defense, not boxing out, way too many second chance points. And what the hell is Cheeks doing?? His rotations are terrible. He will play Charlie V but not KCP or Datome. Screw you Cheeks
Mo cheeks means mo problems. This is on the coach. Stuckey is playing like a stud, Moose is absolutely on fire, it looks now like the guy with the high ceiling on our team isn’t Dre but Moose. Jennings has his shot, good court vision.
Put the pieces together Mo. You should have won this game and I am sick of this team playing like it is last year. Should have won this game.
