The Pistons vs. The Hawks

The 9-21 #Pistons back in action in Atlanta to take on the 16-9 Hawks Wednesday night.

  • The good: The Pistons have won two in a row and had a nice holiday break to get themselves rested for a very good Hawks team.
  • The bad: Atlanta has won three of the last four against Detroit and have taken the last eight games in Atlanta.
  • The unknown: Seriously…can Detroit win a road game that isn’t in Washington?

Tip off is at 7:30 pm and will be broadcast on Fox Sports . If you can’t catch the game on TV, catch it on the radio over at 97.1 the Ticket.

If you’re thinking of going to the Game Friday night at the Palace to see the Pistons face the Heat you can get tickets directly from the Palace with no Ticket FEES!

Almost won it by Daye’s 3. Almost lost it with Horfords FT. Going to OT. Hope we continue the momentum.

Wow. The starters looked so bad in the first quarter that I would have never guessed that the game would be close let alone go to 2 OT.
The bench never quit and kept hitting some 3s.

knight singler maxiell and monroe were straight up awful. Prince played well. Moose and Masxiell simply did not defend the pick and roll period, they looked bored.

Austin Daye, Charlie V and Bynum played great, but you can’t expect bench players to put in 40 minutes of work without running out of gas.

I don’t know what Joe D is thinking. I suspect he’ll take this indication that Charlie and Daye can play as a sign to keep them on our team instead of trading them like he wanted to when he asked Frank to show case them? Are they being showcased?

Are we ever going to have a point guard? Stuckey had 4 years at the point. Brandon is on year 2, I guess it won’t be until 2015 that Knight gets rotated to the 2 spot if he can’t figure it out.

I really with Joe D could put together a trade that includes Brandon Knight and a couple other players for Eric Bledsoe… As long as its not Stuckey, Drummond or Monroe…

I do love Monroe but when you think about Cousins and Drummond together you ask your self can they play together? Will Cousins be a good fit as a PF? Having Drummond and Cousins together on the floor is scary and scary for other teams because you have two athletic young guys who are BEASTS !!!! Pistons will be the new BAD BOYS lol
