The Pistons vs. The Rockets

by | Jan 17, 2012 | 6 comments

The 3-10 Pistons are in Houston to take on the 6-7 Rockets.   Houston is averaging 108.0 points during their current three game winning streak.  While the Pistons are averaging a leagues worst by putting up just 85.4 points per game.

  • The good: Despite the Pistons woes, Joe Dumars isn’t thinking small.
  • The bad: Lets hope the team have no emergency landings on the court like they did getting into Houston.
  • The unknown: Not unknown is the fact the Pistons will  be without Will Bynum. but will Charlie V (wont travel due to inflammation) or Damion Wilkins take the court against the Rockets?

The Pistons will be back in town again this weekend, and you can see them take on either Memphis or Portland for as little as 3 dollars!

Tip off is at 8:00 pm and will be broadcast on Fox Sports Plus. If you can’t catch the game on TV, catch it on the radio over at 97.1 the Ticket.

Joe is right but it really sounded like he was planning on tanking games to get the lottery balls. anyways its a process people need to understand that it will take a few years. The last 2 yrs didnt count in my opinion cause we were in limbo. Guess this means no return of the sheed? I’d like him to sign with the spurs or portland would be awesome.

We can’t win without Monroe’s production. Sheed would be a nice addition plus I think he has a future in coaching here.

Stuckey played good, everyone else was worthless, even Monroe.

How is this for a team stat: Assists 17. Turnovers 18.

Rockets had a similar stat, 16 assists and 20 turnovers

both teams were awful, we were more full of awful and deserved to lose

TURRABLE got to get some sleep before I can recap this mess. Good to see Stuckey and Prince play well. Another day with no Daye…that’s a mess right there

CV is a waste of money. Ankle injury my ass, we all know there is nothing wrong with his ankle just say coach I want a trade because you’re defensive mind coach and all I want to do is shoot the ball. Thats where Frank and CV not seeing eye to eye.
