The 24-40 Pistons along with RIP Hamilton are back home for their second game of a back to back against the 14-47 Timberwolves. Minnesota has lost eight of nine games, and Detroit has their own drama to deal with as you know.
- The good: Happy Birthday Jonas Jerebko
- The bad: Kevin Love and his 47 game streak double-double madness.
- The unknown: The lineup and rotation

I’ll be there but I’m not telling Bill I miss him. He might punch me in the nose.
How many threes are we gonna shoot? Take that sh## inside!
Austin, eat a ****. I guess we do need Tay back after all.
Q should be nominated for coach of the year
tay is hurt, let him have the rest of the year off prince’s played hard until now.
5 for 25 from the three. These were good looks and detroit is one of the best 3 shooters in the entire league. charlie v 2 for 8 from the 3, rip 1 for 5 from the three, austin daye 2 for 6 from the 3. ben gordon 0 for 3 from the 3.
We gotta take these shots, that’s how this team is built, if we get open looks at the three, austin daye 42% from the 3, ben gordon 39% from the 3, charlie V 38% from the three, Rip 39% from the three, we HAVE to take these shots.
It makes life extremely difficult for Bynum & Stuckey trying to generate dribble penetration if all the wolves have to do is clog the lane.
of course we didnt play any defense, but that’s because of the type of players we have on the roster, we can’t fix that without new players. we could have won this game anyway, just had to hit those long balls.
nothing wrong with taking those shots, they just didnt go in tonight.
Not a very frustrating win, this pistons team is at the point where it doesnt matter a whole lot if they win or lose, I just want to see a bit of effort and they had a little bit of effort. Not a ton of effort, no reason to get yourself injured for nothing, this season has been over for a few games.
The most interesting thing today wasnt the game anyway it was stan van gundy screaming in a couple of interviews today that he would never want one of the boycott players to ever play for him, who do they think they are, that they’ll get a big contract with that kind of attitude? Why on earth would any team in the nba want to hire a player so unprofessional?
It’s honestly not that bad to be a team that jacks up a lot of 3’s, as long as they make them. That style got the Magic to the Finals a couple years ago, sure they have Dwight Howard, but I’m sure Greg Monroe will be a very solid center in 2-3 years (maybe not Dwight Howard-esque, but a solid double-double threat each night).
good job by stuck right? 10 asts. he IS the pg. when tmac comes back he better be at sg or sf. we are gonna thrive at the run n gun, just gotta mix A LITTLE BIT of defense in with it. i dont care how many we win just give the effort and improve the cohesiveness and defense if possible.
It’s time to battle for lottery position. Dump this year, dump Rip, Maxiel, and Summers A.S.A.P. Monroe, Jerebko, Stucky, Bynum, and Daye are the future. I kinda like Kuester sometimes, but I’d dump him for Laimbeer. This team needs some toughness and grit. We need tough rebounder, defender types out vof the draft and free agency if possible to go with JJ and Monroe. The Pistons have enough scorers. Feed the moose!
