The Pistons take the court Monday night at the Palace of Auburn Hills against the Hawks.  The question is, after a putting up 21 against the Bucks on Friday night, can Austin have another great Daye?

Now we have a winning pre-season =). Couldnt watch it but Monroe seem to be more comfortable off the bench. And yes, Daye’s moments has arrived!

Nice win! 3rd unit played terribly though at the end. Stuckey controlled the first half. We saw the strength of all four of our guards tonight. Monroe sounded like he started out shaky, but he ended up making a big contribution.

wow daye is a pretty good shooter.. monroe played a solid game.. 15 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists? wow for a big man

He’s turning into a pau gasol..

With an addition of one or two solid big men, we’d prolly go deep into the playoffs

I say we try prying demarcus cousins or blake griffin, however unlikey that may be, from their respective teams

Man, there were some highlights from this game. I hope you get that Maxiell block on Thomas up on the site, Nat. It was UNREAL!!! Rip to Prince for the alley-oop brought back memories of the good times. The Bynumie buzzer beater from Rip’s ankle breaker was sweet.

Stuckey looked great in this game. Scoring, assisting, rebounding, and not turning it over. Apart from his troubles handling the ball, Monroe had his best game yet. 15 and 7 to go with 4 assists – I would love him to keep that up in the season! Daye was solid, but had foul troubles at the 4. Prince is still being aggressive.

Defense was good for most of the game. They were sharing the ball. Loved the win. Hope it bodes well for the season.

Thanks to those who joined the chat – we will try to do at least one more in the preseason!
