The 19-33 Detroit Pistons are in Orlando on a second game of a back to back to take on the 36-18 Orlando Magic. On the heels of the Detroit’s blowout against Minnesota, and the way the Pistons play the Magic, this should be a good one.

With the NBA trade deadline on Thursday afternoon, still no solid information points the Pistons towards a deal.

The biggest news to come out today is Tom Wilson’s decision to step down as the CEO of the Palace Sports and Entertainment.

Tip is at 7:00 pm EST and will be televised on Fox Sports Detroit. For the radio broadcast tune in to 97.1 The Ticket or follow the action over at NBA.com.

I read that the Pistons have been ringing about Amare Stoudemire, Carlos Boozer, and Chris Kaman. Apparently, Joe D even went so far as to offer Tayshaun Prince to the Clippers for Kaman, but the trade was politely declined. Just goes to show that Joe D is still working on this team, but isn’t going to have a fire sale or do a trade just for the headline.

Hopefully the Pistons might catch the Magic a little bit sluggish after the week off.
    GO PISTONS!

Pistons wont get Amar’e I know that for a fact. Tay for Kaman, don’t be ridiculous Joe D…
I don’t think the Pistons will get anyone in the next few days, just have to wait for the off season signings.

Dude, Pistons arent going anywhere outside Detroit, just because of one bad season doesnt mean The Pistons franchise will move.
Pistons will stay in Detroit till at least 2020 since the Pistons will move out of the Palace to another venue in Detroit.

Bad officiating. That’s what you get when you don’t have “superstars”. Bring Tim Donaghy back!

good effort by the pistons. dwight howard is ordinarily hard to defend, but when he makes free throws at 85% . . . that’s scary.

I noticed that howard has been shooting above 65% for the last 2 months at the line up from his usual 50-60% so he might have figured out how to shoot free throws. It would be cool if he managed to keep his form at the line for the rest of the season.

I really like some things we did in this game, for instance, how we chased the magic off the 3

Was the officiating that bad? What happened to CV, no points and only 3mins?

Don’t know what happened to CV. He may have got the hook for poor D, but seems pretty ridiculous to only get 3 minutes without an injury.

Reddick punched Gordon in the face. No foul. Gordon swore at the ref. Got ejected. Huh??

We were really in this game right up untill just after the fourth quarter. But I think playing a rested Magic who are playing some pretty good ball, and we just tired out in that last quarter which can happen to teams without confidence on the road in the second game of a back to back.
