I hate to say it…because you never want to see a guy get hurt…but I love that he took out Varejao. That guy flops worse than Vlade Divac.

I’m so happy McDyess is back that I can’t express it. We should be looking on the bright side at this point as Pistons fans. McDyess, who is clearly one of our key players just got a month of rest. Will he be a little rusty? Yes- and it’s not fair for us to expect him to fly in like superman and solve all of the Pistons’ problems. However, he’ll be that much more fresh when the end of the season comes along and the playoffs get started. The Pistons have weathered the storm withouthim and maintained a winning reccord. Maybe things will start to straighten out in the next couple of weeks now.

as far as Brady’s comment i couldnt agree more Varejao is a disgrace to Brazilians. Trust me this is coming from one. We have some quality players Barbosa, Nene, a few others in Brazil. But the one that gets the most attention is the flopper, with that ridiculous hair….by the way when did Dyess take him out? I’d love to see footage of such act…

It’s actually in the video PistonBaller104 posted above. Varejao drives the lane, and Dyess horse collars him.

i really hope Dyess can turn this team around. He will provide a much needed boost off the bench. Dyess has always been consistent and i don’t believe he will stop any time soon.

yaaay, I can finally wear my jersey now and not be sad.

I went to see the San Antonio game last week and was wearing said jersey. The reaction I got from the smattering of other Detroit fans I saw while walking around was kind of funny. Here’s some of the more memorable comments people had when they saw my McDyess jersey amongst them.

    “McDyess! Helllll yeah!”
“Sweet! He’ll be home soon baby!”
    “Awesome. McDyess is the man!”
    “Hey McDyess girl! Whoo hoo!”

Last season I don’t think anyone would have looked at me twice for wearing that jersey but this year in a region that’s not heavily Pistons, it sorta turned me into a psuedo-rock star. LOL
