“We worked him out and he looked great,” Clippers coach and general manager Mike Dunleavy said. “He’s in great shape, and a good veteran guy.” Via The Daily News
We knew that Lindsey would most likely not be on the roster this season, especially since his legal troubles haven’t been straightened out. However I didn’t think he would bolt to another team, I was looking for him to work behind with the organization in some form.
fantasy info?
As a big Lindsey Hunter fan this disapoints and suprizes me too.
Well, the houses are more expensive there…
no no no Lindsey is not allowed to play anywhere else, I forbid it. I agree with Richie I’m surprised. He’s one of our top 50 players and this should be his last team. The only way I would say he could sign is if they were going to trade Lindsey for someone else on our roster. I mean I still don’t get why they gave Alex Acker a guaranteed contract when they didn’t have to. I’m not saying they should trade anyone but I would just love it if Lindsey came back to help the team get that ship. If Michael Curry is a defensive guy why would he not try to bring Lindsey back, this has to blasphemic in some way.
