Rasheed Wallace appeared on NBA All Access with Ahmad Rashad before Detroit’s loss in Game Six to the Celtics. The piece is more about Sheed and the impact he’s had on Detroit since he came here in 2004 rather than about the Celtics series. So if the loss still stings it won’t be difficult to watch this one.
And there is nothing better than to see a little Bullets Sheed for old time’s sake.
totally correct. Sheed said it the best, he knows hes on the down slide, he can’t jump as high, can’t run as fast, but hes got the knowledge from his previous years. We have to keep sheed!! If we expect Amir, Max, Samb, and other young guys to develop then sheed needs to be a part of this. Coaches can only teach so much, whereas Sheed and Lindsey can be an endless supply of knowledge. Its like any normal business, you keep the experienced veterans to teach the new young people.
Sheed and Lindsey may not play a ton next year, but their impact will be huge.
This video was fantastic and true. Great hearing Antonio say again say no excuses…leave everything out on the floor, and live with that, but to not leave everything you have out on the floor is unacceptable. (not exact quote)
Do I want next season to start so bad already or what? I just want everything to unravel. I want to see the new faces (if any… which Im sure there will be).
I am not the kind to make predictions or hope for certain players to come because honestly I hate to see any of them go. And I know I have said that time and time again but I love each PISTON player in their own way as an individual and a player.
I know its gonna happen so I have kinda prepared myself for it but Im wishing for the best. I wish whatever Joe D. does, turns out to be another great success!
nice post nat….nice to see a little sheed off season….on a different topic heres another reading you could use i wrote about pistons..thanks for reading. http://pistonsinla.blogspot.com/
Great post. It’s a nice inside look to remind us of some of the things we tend to forget in the midst of a fog of war post season.

Maybe not, but i’m still on the Elton Brand bandwagon, even more than Boozer… unless we can get Okur back. I miss him.
