The Pistons host a 44-20 New Orleans Hornets this afternoon at The Palace. The Hornets could be out a key player. David West is still a game day decision after an ankle injury on Friday but Chris Paul, was also injured in the same game, plans to start.

The Pistons took the first game earlier this season against Paul and the Hornets but New Orleans could really use the win because they are in a tight battle with Los Angeles and Houston for the best record in the Western Conference. This should be a good one.

Tip off is at 1:00 PM and will Nationally broadcast on ABC TV. If you can’t catch it on TV you can always tune in to 1130 AM WDFN The Fan or stream it live through your computer at NBA.com.

Leave ’em in the comments.

If Amir Johnson has any problems playing today I will be a little upset. I met him yesterday! I was out with the boys last night and we met Amir Johnson at Kart2Kart over on 19 and vandyke.

He took only one ride, his legs were too long for the carts and his foot was sticking out the whole time. He really could have hurt himself. Also when he got off he was holding his lower back in pain.

So if you guys hear anything, he didn’t hurt himself at practice. He did it Go-Karting. Really nice kid though.

I have no problem with people being giddy over a win,it’s when they resort to poor sportsmanship and calling people places or players names that gets my goat.

So enjoy detroit, your teams and your fellow fans!

THE WEST COAST CABLE PROVIDERS ARE BITCHES.

Is there ANY WAY I CAN watch an archive of this game? I set the cable box to record this game before work but when i came home they had blacked it out for the goddamn lakers game.

EDIT and addressing that ignorant comment, people dont live in Michigan anymore because the state can’t take care of its workers. we were forced out.

I left Michigan when I was 11, but it was in the early 90s when Detroit was winning with the badboys! So hell yeah I stayed a Detroit fan ever since. Go Pistons!
