I don’t know why it took me so long to get on the DetroitCity.com bandwagon, but it’s never to late. Detroit’s very own social networking website got even better over the weekend implementing a great new tool.
www.detroitcity.com, a social networking website for Detroit, launched a Widget program for members to receive feeds from the latest news and blogs of other popular Detroit based sites all in one location. Now members with personal profiles can customize their admin pages to receive up to date news feeds from sites such as Need4Sheed, Detroit News, Free Press, Got Detroit, Metro Times, Crain’s Detroit, and many others. This new widget system allows members to save time on browsing the web by bringing all their favorite Detroit sites to one page! Waiting to hear if a Pistons trade went through? Just hit refresh and you can see whether the Free Press, Detroit News or Need4Sheed has said anything! (How ’bout that for quick results!) www.detroitcity.com is the Official Social Network of Palace Sports & Entertainment, and is partnered with the likes of 89X Radio as well as Universal Music Group.
If you’re already a member, please by my friend…I’m lacking in that department. And if you’re not a member it’s easy and free.
Great Isiah-Dumars YouTube Video.
Blogfest details tomorrow! I want as many as you can there this year, this time we did it up right with the help of The Pistons.

Brezec played well his is first game for the raptors going 5-5 andhe brought a lot of energy.. you have to give it to the guy he loves this spots and love to play so much he would give up the NBA to go home and play. What I seen form the toronto game the other night he came in inthe second and brought a lot of energy off the bench. his teammates seems to like what he brings as well.
thats the problem or a good thing about detroit we are so deep that some players don’t get a chance to play….
Rip’s Fave Five was horrible except for A.I. Here’s a loud “BOO!” to Kobe, Shaq, and LeBron for obvious reasons and to Arenas for his pre-season comments on Amir.
he said the pistons would finish third in the central because we would miss webber so much, and he dissed maxiell and amir big time. arenas is the biggest piece of crap in the nba. selfish and inconsistent. i would rather have primo than gilbert. as for the rest of rip’s 5, he’s just giving respects to the best in the nba, although i don’t know how shaq got in that list. i would have said kobe, lebron, dwight howard, kg, and nash.
MAYBE TONIGHT WE CAN FINALLY BEAT THE FREAKING JAZZ!
