Vote Pistons and then Need4Sheed

by | Dec 17, 2007 | 13 comments

Senior Member of Team Need4Sheed Steve just sent me something that I had no idea about. It seems as though Need4Sheed.com is in a Sports Blog of the Year Tournament by BustedCoverage.com. It’s set up NCAA Tourney style and Need4Sheed is the 5th seed in the South Region. If you wish, head on over and vote Need4Sheed, but not before you do your daily Pistons All Star Voting.

And while your there voting, check out all the brackets. I made sure I voted for all of my favorites.

Good find Steve and Congrats Nat, I just voted. What do I have to do to be a Senior Member of need4sheed?

    I’m jealous Steve.

    Love the need Sheed Wall.

Nat, it was just shocking to me that we were ranked higher than those teams that tend to score 120+ points or more each game, like Phoenix and GSW. We usually win, but not because we put up the big numbers, but because we shut down other teams. I thought maybe by differential, but not total average points.

Holy crap. It didn’t take long for those dudes from Charlotte to warm up to Detroit. They’re already talking about retiring as Pistons?! Crazy…

Mobius, don’t get excited you know they never have us up there for long. Thing is we really have been on a tear lately, no one can deny that.

Boyde… Steve is Tops here at N4S, I don’t think anyone can dethrone him.

You’re on your way to the final 4, for sure, Natalie! However, it seems the summary of your site was made by an ignorant blog enthusiast: “You’d think reporting on everything ‘Sheed Wallace would get old. Not for these loyalists. We can see the attraction. You never know when the guy is going to choke a ref, smack a cameraman or create video greatness. A strong candidate to make Sweet 16.” It seems as if he/she has confused Rasheed Wallace with Dennis Rodman. No disrespect to D-Rod, but there’s a big difference.

From the looks of it, N4S has more votes than any other on that site… by a small margin. Let’s get this done people… go vote for our Stones, and then go vote for N4S!! Do it now, yo!!

    Thanks everyone…

The votes are much appreciated though I must say it’s more important to be voting for our boys in the All Star game. We are getting creamed, the way it’s going now only C-Billups will make it.
