The Detroit Pistons vs. The Nets Ticket

The Pistons are tipping it off at 6:00 PM tonight against the 8-and-8 New Jersey Nets. Look for the Jason Kidd to always be a triple double treat and let’s hope Detroit can contain Richard Jefferson, who is averaging 25 ppg this season and always seems to give The Pistons trouble.

It’s being broadcast locally on FSN Detroit and as always I’m leaving it to you in the comments.

alright, another blow out! back to back blow outs! Rip was 8-12, with 19 pts, in this game, I think he just needs to have Palace fans to cheer him on. Kidd was 2-6, with only 6 points, but hot damn, 16 assists? As long as those crazy assists dont win the game for them, I’m happy. Fantastic job tonight, Pistons!

So apparently, there’s an awesome interview video of Maxy, and the awesome part is that he was being bullied by the starters. Is there anyway you could post it, Natalie? Or does anyone have it? Or could anyone at least tell me how it all went down? These Pistons just have all the fun in the world.

wow is all I can say… If the pistons can play like this the rest of the season we will have the perfit team for the playoffs. Our bench is playing well which is giving the starter the rest they need. I for one like the sch. this month home games are played friday and sundays and away games are in the middle of the week. there are a few back to backs but for the most part it is pretty nice. Well I just transferred back to ontario and can’t wait to use my pistons tickets this year, I can’t to to a game until Dec 14 cause I had aready promised tickets to friends before I new about my transferred so for now I will be watching then on league pass and coming here to updates. I come here everyday for the most part anyway this is the best site ever.

Back to back to back blowouts! Our boys are killing it right now. I loved watching them destroy Cleveland, but the last two games have almost been boring….almost. Who thinks it’s gonna be fun to watch a Mighty Max vs. Big Ben match-up? The man is on a tear. I just wish he could’ve grabbed on to the two alley-oop attempts tonight. Think what the highlight reel would’ve looked like if that had happened. Anyway, it’s been a while since Detroit basketball looked this good, solid, deep…..

    Atlanta, brace yourselves.

    Great stuff.

It’s almost like getting two Piston teams for the price of one lately, with the second unit putting on a bonus feature in the 4th quarter.

natalie – for the maxi interview, there’s two parts. the first one is the live version of him getting hit then after they show the starting lineups they show a different angle of him getting hit with the rest of the team cracking up :p

    downtown,

It’s like the second unit is giving you a preview of the Bad Boys III. I hope Sheed will become their headcoach, and Rip will be their conditioning coach just for fun.

Gotta love this quite from Jason Kidd (via ESPN):

“We aren’t as good as Detroit,” Kidd said. “We were playing against a very good team, and we didn’t have any answers. It seemed like they made every shot, or if they didn’t, they got the offensive rebounds and put that in.”

claire: yup.. the future looks bright 🙂
