  • Joe Dumars believes he fixed what was broken in order to win another championship.
  • Sheed has caused quite a stir around the league with his recent comments, there are so many links I couldn’t even begin to post them all.
  • As part of the 50th season anniversary, The Pistons are giving away a HOUSE!
  • We still have a few spots left in our 5th Fantasy league if anyone is interested. This is the only one I am actually participating in, so you defiantly have a chance to win this one along with a free shirt.

As a total aside, the left hand bar needs to be updated with the pistons faces. I love Delfino still but he’s moved on. And where is Amir who is awesome? He needs to be on there too along with some of the new faces. I guess we don’t know our active roster yet for sure, but we know Amir should be there. Right right?

Julius, it’s one large image so I am actually waiting for the roster to be finalized before I do an update. It’s coming I didn’t forget I just want to make it a one time thing.

Just several hours after arriving home from an exhibition game in Grand Rapids, Aaron Afflalo was at the Pistons’ practice facility working out on his own even though a practice wasn’t scheduled.

“He was showing up before the janitor, so we had to give him the security code to get in the building,” Dumars said, looking through the blinds in his office at Afflalo shooting. “Any guy that works that hard gives himself a chance to be a player in this league.”

Wow that just makes me respect Joe Dumars ability to draft (with the exception of a certain Darko)He always picks the guys who try to make their game better at all times and actually WANT TO BE BETTER!!!! not just to earn a paycheck well done Joe D
    Well Done Afflalo

I’m kind of upset about the Pistons’ choice to waive Sammy Mejia. Partly because I love his last name and partly because I’m not sure I can stand another season of having to watch Dupree cheering on the sideline in street clothes. It would have been easier to see a rookie get no playing time. Oh well. Here’s to glimpses of Dupree in red, white and blue. Cheers.

In many senses, I hate to see another Piston go. I was able to talk to this guy and he’s a really nice kid. Its a really tough call between the two. Picking between a rookie explosive guard who can shoot, and a veteran who bang on the boards. I wish the best of luck to sammy. Its gonna be odd not seeing him after the games around the locker room. Hopefully he comes back around my work again so I can say what up to him.

Super Dupe is a good player. He’s got the experience and deserves the roster spot.
Its 110% unfortunate that Sammy got pushed down the roster with the signing of Jarvis Hayes. At the end of the day, from a VP’s position, you have to do what is best for the team. We’ll find out whether the choice was a good one or not. Here’s to a great season once again Piston fans

Oh Nuts, Jarvis has a fraternal twin. If he was an identical twin, maybe we can get that evil doppelganger thing going on court… LOL
