Team USA, which includes The Pistons Chauncey Billups and Tayshaun Prince, will be playing what I believe is a practice game Sunday July 22th. It will be broadcast at 7 P.M. on FSN from Las Vegas, so make sure you tune in for your basketball fix (not to be confused with a Tim Donaghy fix).

Chauncey NEEDS to take Tayshaun shopping, Chauncey is a much better dresser than Tayshaun. I still LOVE Tayshaun though!!

lol Looks like Team USA White is experiencing the same woes our boys did during the Playoffs: when Chauncey sits, the team struggles.

4.32 you are funny and very wrong for that lol. I am so glad to see my babies playing feels so good. they always put a smile on my face and chauncey has put a bigger smile on my face ever since he resigned with the pistons.

and to the person who said that they saw sheed at a chris web party, i also hope that he is still with the pistons, well i don’t know how i jumped to that conclusion but it does sound good to me and more likely to happen because the pistons always hang out with each other….okay that is why i said that lol.

I didn’t see who fouled Tay but my heart skipped a beat when it happened. I thought it was a pretty cheap shot but the commentators and players didn’t make a big deal out of it. There were quite a few hard fouls just in the half I watched.

I was glad LeBron missed the shot even though I wanted the White team to win. lol

I’m not sure if any of you checked out the boxscore but guess which player on the White team played the most minutes? lol Yep, it was Tayshaun Prince.

Oooh, another good statistic in the boxscore:

    Kidd’s assists: 7

    Billups’ assists: 9 (team high)

    I like that.

hey i was at the game ….i live in vegas and i love my pistons…i sat right behind the white team bench and i screamed to tayshaun and i was rockin my tayshaun jersey and he looked up at me and gave me the whats up head shake…then a few minutes later..i seen chauncy looking up at us and i screamed his name and he put his fist to he’s chest and gave it a couple soft pumps…like he was sayin…MUCH LOVE TO US….it was the tightest thing to happen… i live in vegas so i dont get to see these guys in person that much ..but it was sooo tight….they held it down for the “D” ….

I so proud. Finally our players get the credit they deserve. It’s about time team U.S.A puts some players that can actually play some D on the team. And no one plays better D than Tay 22.

Thank you SOOO much for posting that, Nat. I saw it pretty much RIGHT at 7:00! It was incredibly entertaining; like an all star game where the players CARE and play defence!

we got to remember they are going to cut some people sometime in august.
    from 17 to 12 i think.
and since ya know pistons are poster boys, yeah.
when i saw lebron block kobe i loved it.
if there is someone i hate more than lebron its kobe.
i was happy to see chauncey assisting, and tay did some scoring and some D.

that is SO good to see that Chauncey had more assists than Kidd! i really hope Chauncey & Tay will be chosen to play for team USA – which they probably will.

I wonder why rip isn’t playing for team USA ? he must be too busy with his basketball camps. it would’ve been so fun to see chauncey & rip playing together again

RIP DIDN’T WANT TO PLAY BECAUSE HE THOUGHT THAT IT WOULD TIRE HIM OUT FOR THE SEASON AND THAT CHAMPIONSHIPS ARE MORE IMPORTANT. IF I’M NOT MISTAKEN TAY THOUGHT THE SAME THING. UNTIL THIS SEASON GUESS HE HAD A CHANGE OF HEART HUH?

I think it’s funny that through the game the announcers made a huge deal out of all of Jason Kidd’s assists, but they said pretty much NOTHING about chauncey’s dimes, even though he had 9.
