  • Tayshaun Prince was voted to the second team All-Defensive team.
  • I was just informed the the website Sports Media Challange Has voted Need4Sheed #6 on their top 10 list of Basketball blogs and our good friends over at Detroit Bad Boys came in at #9. Detroit is representing people.
  • Christy Hammond, of the great Red Wings blog Behind The Jersey analyzes Detroit Sports Playoff Tickets.
  • Some say Grant Hill might be a Piston again next season.
  • Let’s hope Sheed does a little of this against Chicago. The man is playing possessed this post season. Chicago is a good team, this one is going to be a battle.
  • Lindsey Hunter to retire?
  • You were asking about free agents in the comments so, here is a link to the Pistons salary and contract chart.

When reading about the Tayshaun Prince thing, I thought of something: when is the last time we saw a Rip lob to Tayshaun for the flush? I LOVE that play!

And so Rasheed, what do you think the key to Game 2 will be?

“They will not win Game 2,” Wallace said.

What will the Pistons have to do differently to win?

“They will not win Game 2. That’s it.”

It was much the same Sunday afternoon when Wallace entered the Conseco practice court and was swarmed by a horde of cameramen and reporters.

“I’m not backing down,” Wallace said. “They will not win Game 2. Front page, back page, middle page. They will not win Game 2.”

That’s where the guarentSHEED came from, when sheed predicted the pacers would lose game 2 and they DID! Pistons then went on and beat the lakers to win the Championship

I am happy for tayshaun, I think is such a good player and I love that the coaches see him as a defensive player. They are starting to double and trible team him and that is good because it shows they know what he can do.

I hope Grant does become a piston again and I hope lindsey does not go.
