Jason Maxiell embodies so much of what this Pistons team is about. He gives it his all, he goes hard and he wants to win. The young “Brahma Bull” is possibly the most exiting Piston to watch when he’s on the floor. Maxiell’s mission every time he goes to the lane is to attack the rim and try to tear it down.
Chauncey said it best, “….he’s an animal. When he gets that ball he’s got bad intentions, there ain’t no secret about that.”
i think the biggest biggest similarity maxxy has with big ben (in his prime) is that he goes 100% all the time, he knows his jobs and get goes at them thats what i love about him and im tlaking about the big ben of old
dunking since the 8th grade ! thats amazing!! im so glad we have j max on our team.. hes ALWAYS comes ready to play and hes modest too which is cute !
and i truly believe we would NOT have been able to win the game against the bulls this past sunday if it were not for him and his energy!
but im still pretty mad he didnt make rookie sophmore allstar .. he deserved it
yeah his dunks would have been amazing in that game, so much force
i absolutely adore maxey and his dunks, but i think he does need to adjust his game a little bit more , like horn said/dice did, cause opponents have probably figured out by now that all the kid ever does is dunk. if he’s going to continue to upgrade his game (which he thankfully has so much time to do), he should diversify his shots.
I want to see Maxxy drop a trey in the game!
