Maxiell is not going to Vegas

by | Jan 31, 2007 | 7 comments

Remember when Jason Maxiell was getting regular minutes and making a name for himself? Well it looks like his diminished minutes was a factor after all. It looks like he isn’t playing in the All Star weekend Rookie-Sophomore game, Slam has the Roster. I truly believe if he had stayed in Flip’s NON rotation, he would be packing his bags.

The reserves are being announced tomorrow, the only Pistons that have a chance are Rip and Chauncey.

That is so unfortunate. Jason deserves a chance to play on that team since everyone else is getting dissed for the All-Star team. To me it feels like the Pistons are getting very little respect this year, it’s almost heartbreaking.

ashley though I love our boys, they haven’t played up to standards thusfar. As for Max…he deserves to play in that game.

ANON… Are you upset that I am NOT a guy?

Jason had a great night tonight! hes such an amazing player, hes not full of himself, and i can see him becoming one of the best in the nba ! hes been playing his heart out since the season started.. and its a shame because he reallyyyy deserves to be in it!

at least hes still a piston, and hopefullyy Flip will realize what a great player he is and give him more minutessss so he can show off his talents!

It’s really unfortunate that Maxey won’t be in that Sophmore All-Star game. With the way he played in the preseason, one might have thought that he would have had his minutes scheduled this season, like McDyess.

what has he done? hes done nothing this season except for a couple power dunks, he has no post skills, poor free throw shooter and no outside jump shot and poor passing skills. He needs to devolp his game more and then maybe he will get more minutes with the pistons, nazr should be in front of him in the rotation.
