Lindsey Hunter Out

by | Dec 5, 2006 | 9 comments

Lindsey Hunter’s injury is going to sideline him for a while. Rookie Will Blalock will be added to the active roster in Hunters place. I doubt if Blalock will see any playing time. Flip Murray will probably do some point guard duty while Hunter is out. An experiment that hasn’t quite panned out thus far.

Hunter out again? This sucks we will loose him all season again he’ll come back but will it be too late? Does his mean Chauncey will see more minutes and than will have tried leggs for the playoffs, I hope not. I am sad to see hunter be injuryed but we need a back up point to help us out he gave suck good engery even know he didn’t get too many points. Do you thin hunter will call it quits at the end of this season?

I would rather see Billups log more minutes than Murray take over. Murray has been excellent at sg so let’s just keep it that way. Natalie, I think Blalack is a good idea– he seems like a cool guy who I would like to see get a chance. He also had a pretty impressive pre-season.

THIS IS A BIG!! I guess that’s why Joe D keep that one roster spot open this season. Just in cause something like this happened.

I’ll provide some names later on today or tomorrow of who could possible pickup up if hunter is out longer than 2 weeks.

Flip at the point is not going to work. What if he has an off shooting night that 2nd unit will take a big it if he’s running the point which we have seen earlier this season.

Let’s hope Blalock is a faster learner.

I doubt the Flip Suanders is going to trust Blalock with the team. I am sure Joe D is looking to pick up someone pronto. Unfortunately we knew the point guard position was a problem going into the season.

My concern is if you put flip at pg, then you not only gain a crappy pg but you lose a great sg.

call me crazy, but I would love to see blaylock get murrays minutes. I think he would be effective and play under control. I really like his game. I know it would be throwing him in the fire but you can either play ball or you can’t. This dude can play.

I think they are letting alex stay there to keep playing until they can get him more minutes and use him more. They will not let him go they will keep him over they until they have too to let him get the playing that he don;t get over here.
