The Knicks just bought out Jalen Rose’s contract, he’s now up for grabs. Could he possibly be coming to Detroit to play for his hometown Pistons?

Who cares about Delfino… Nice picture BTW haha. Anyway, Jalen is a proven veteran scorer. The pistons have the core to win a championship NOW, not with Delfino in the future. I personally say trade him… ( delfino that is ) but thats just me.

I would love to see Jalen come to detroit, be paid well for the raptors I was sad to see be traded to new york last yr. I think he would make a great addition to detroit. Him and Linsday I would live to see it.

I would love it. I know Delfino is a fan favorite, but we need a proven Veteren to come in and be productive. If its possible i say YES YES YES!!!!!

I don’t think that he’s ever proved to be a productive anything. As a vetern and a starter he’s never put up great numbers.

I think if the Pistons actually sign him, Dupree would be the odd man out.

Its not that Delfino would be the odd man out, it would just be that Delfino would get less minutes than originally assumed. It would be like Jalen takes Mo Evans spot on the roster, Delfino gets no minutes and demands the trade that he has wanted ever since this summer. And for the comment about Jalen being a proven anything, i dont believe that is true. Jalen used to put up decent numbers, he has just been on bad teams… (other than the pacers) He was with the struggling Bulls, and obviously the crap Raptors. Knicks didnt want him because they are going with the “youth” movement. I heard they may dump Nate Robinson, which i think is farse. Anyway, Jalen would be a “shoot” first player, someone we need when the pistons fall into those lovely shooting slumps we have all seen. Jalen jacks, but with a little bit of work, he could become a very decent bench player.

absolutely. it would give flip flexibility with his rotations, because jalen can play 3 positions.
