Davis Charged With Assault, Disorderly Conduct
A member of the Detroit Pistons was arrested after an alleged disturbance at a Florida hotel.

Forward Elliot Lydel Davis – who is commonly known as “Dale Davis” — was at the Courtyard Marriott hotel in Miami Beach when the incident occurred at about 2 a.m. on Tuesday, according to WTVJ Television. Hotel security guards allege that Davis shouted obscenities at them, the station learned.

Dale Davis was arrested early Tuesday morning in Miami Beach, Fla., after an altercation with police that ended with a Taser shot. Davis was charged with assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

He has since posted at $5,000 bond. Via ClickonDetroit.com

Great…what good has Dale been anyways?

Anon. Those are GOOD rule changes. The ones everyone was calling for during the playoffs. The best record SHOULD have the highest seed, not the division winner.

The timeout changes are good for viewers as NBA games take forever in the final few minutes. Teams need to be more prepared and stop wasting our time.

And expanding playoff rosters is also a move that benefits, not hurts, teams.

I don’t know how it is BS at all…they are all good rules which improve the game.

Also you don’t get bloodshot eyes from drinking! Drinking alcohol does not give you bloodshot eyes, it only makes your face red!

After a long night of drinking, your eyes will get bloodshot towards the end. And I’m sure Mike Tyson wasn’t stoned during the fight, you can test positive for weed weeks after it’s been smoked. But, you can keep your blind hatred and name calling coming, you look smart.
