Just because Sheed isn’t donning his Air Force One’s on court every night doesn’t mean I’m not keeping a tab on what he’s doing. That’s why I’ve started a special feature on the site to keep track of his goings on.

What is Sheed Doing?

Well yesterday he made good on a promise he made to his mother a long time ago…

Sheed went back for his Boy Scout training and is now an honored member of Philadelphia Troop 3036.  He was sworn in yesterday completing his merit badges in fire starting safety, conflict resolution, leadership, personal fitness and sportsmanship.

Congratulations Sheed

Who knew that The Boy Scouts of America have a Need4Sheed.

What happens when you ask Ben Wallace what his most memorable Christmas present was?

Get the Flash Player to see this content.

You get LL Cool Ben

And you also find out Rip Hamilton loves him some remote control cars.

Thanks go out to Need4Sheed reader Dominic Mirabella who made my day with his post on my Facebook page.

Dominic Mirabella: “Funny story… this was the tagline of my buddy’s Facebook status at 9 AM this morning. Thought your follower’s would get a kick out of it”

Steve Schaefer:

“…just ate breakfast at a coney island with 2 police officers, 3 regulars, and Rasheed Wallace…now that’s a morning crew. Rasheed was whistling to “Everybody Wang Chung Tonight” on the radio…unreal.”

And that’s what we will miss….SHEEDTastic!

I got some pretty good inside information from Need4Sheed reader and friend Raul A. Mora aka El Patron Himself (of The Big Denial fame). Apparently he found out what LeBron James’s current iPod playlist is.

1. King Nothing – Metallica
2. King Without a Crown – Matisyahu
3. Kryptonite – 3 Doors Down
4. Heartbreak Hotel – Elvis Presley
5. New York, New York – Frank Sinatra
6. The Takeover- Jay-Z
7. Sucks to be You – Prozzac
8. Lose Yourself – Eminem
9. Loser – Beck
10. Cruel Summer – Bananarama
11. A New York State of Mind – Billy Joel
12. Help! – The Beatles
13. Close But No Cigar – Thomas Dolby
14. Alone Again (Naturally) – Gilbert O’Sullivan
15. I’m Going Slightly Mad – Queen
16. You Got Another Thing Coming – Judas Priest

I blew up the picture so we could clearly see his iPod and from the looks of it on track 3.

Good job El Patron!

If know of any additions to LeBrons playlist, by all means leave them in the comments and if you didn’t get a chance to read this little piece on the “King”, by Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports….I suggest you do so.

MC, as the team calls him, has really done what he can to motivate as well as dictate what happens with his team this season. He’s set down 16 rules “We don’t want any of our guys to violate any of those 16 rules (Curry has not made the entire list public).” Via The Detroit News. We do however know that #14 may be geared at Rasheed Wallace (and Rip for that matter) “No. 14 on Curry’s list of 16 keys to winning leave the referees alone.”

My guess is the first rule is to take a big bite out of Michael’s Way.

And for all of you who are on the Curry bandwagon, they will be selling these at the Palace concession stands.
