So it’s Rasheed’s Birthday today and since he’s history as far a as Pistons fans are concerned I’m giving away a Sheedesque prize for the occasion.
It’s easy to win.
Follow me on twitter and RT this to enter.
A random winner will be picked from all the entries (enter as many times as you wish). I will announce the winner Tuesday
September 22nd and there is even a a second prize. I you don’t get the T-Shirt, you may be the lucky winner of a William Bedford Detroit Pistons Basketball card. In all honestly, I know most of you think the Bedford card should be the grand prize, but since it’s Sheedday you understand.
Jason Maxiell will be apperaing with WDFN’s Matt Dery for a live broadcast of “Off the Court” at 7pm at Oscar’s Restaurant on Orion Township. We know he Eats Babies on court, but I’m wondering what his dinner menu looks like. If you can’t head over to Oscar’s to see Jason in person, listen live on 1130 AM.
Tayshaun Prince did not make the All Star Team again this year. I know we have been pushing for Tay to make the squad for years, but with everything that has been going on with the team, Prince really stood out when Detroit needed him.
He deserved a spot, but it truly would have been hard to deny Danny Granger with the year he’s been having.
Next year is Tay’s for sure. Right?
Oh and congrats to Chauncey, who made the team for the West. It’s going to be hard to root against him whatever team he’s on.
Detroit is on the second game of a back-to-back tonight in Indiana. The Pistons will try to snap out of their offensive woes against the 13-25 Pacers who return home after allowing an average of more than 120 points during its five game trip. A much-needed win tonight for Detroit would make it nine straight against a Pacers team who once were Detroit’s biggest rival in the East.
Boy how things change fast.
