I’m not that great with my Pistons themed Flip Video just yet, but I did catch Jonas Jerebko double dribbling along with Austin Daye and DaJuan Summers working on their jumpers.

Summers, Daye and Jerebko were really working hard for about an hour before tip, which they do before every game. One would think someone (BG) should be out there as long as the rooks are to get his flow back……just saying.

The Pistons beat the Spurs in OT 101-109. I’m gong to set most of the details aside like:

The officiating
The hack a Ben Wallace fiasco that Pop pulled.
The fact that Kuester left Ben in after 5 consecutive fouls.
The almost fit of rage and the headband toss from Ben when when he finally was pulled with a little more than 2 minutes left in the game.
The 10 point lead widdled down to one.
The Manu flop.
The Rip tech that could have cost the Pistons the game.
Some clutch baskets by Stuckey.
Ben Gordon coming to life.

I guess I really didn’t put anything aside, but here is the video I took of the reaction from the crowd when Antonio McDyess was introduced at the Palace with the Pistons Intros.

I have to say I am a bit disappointed that they didn’t make a bit more of Dyess’s homecoming. In fact I felt that they almost cut off the cheers by starting the introductions.

Not only did I get to see Dyess, I’m still excited that thanks to my friend Dave, Antonio McDyess has an Ice4Dyess T-Shirt in his possession.

It was a great win, I’m anxious to hear your thoughts.

I’m taking a break from the Piston news, losses and injuries to share with you something that actually made me smile more than the Pistons did all season. Well, that may be exaggerating things a bit, but when I opened the box the delivery man/woman left for me today I could hardly contain myself.
My brand new Pistons Flip video is more than I thought it was going to be. Imagine the fun I’m going to have with this thing.

It’s a really cool HD Video camera that makes it beyond easy to share and upload you videos like a pro. You can get the Flip themed with other NBA teams, but what’s fun about that.

With this in hand, I almost feel sorry for Sheed, Scalabrine and the rest of the Celtics bench Wednesday night.

Because nobody wants to relive that mess that was last night’s 94-64 loss to Toronto, in which the Pistons tied their lowest point total of 64. I give you the only thing that made Pistons fans smile last night at the Palace.

When this went up on the big screen it had fans and players cracking up.

Especially the Raptors.

Will Bynum no Look Pass to Ausitn Daye for the Dunk

The Pistons just lost a hard fought battle to Cleveland 98-88, to take their losing streak to 6 in a row. Not only did the Pistons lose the game, they lost Ben Gordon after he spained his ankle in the second quarter.

So not to ruin your Thanksgiving Holiday, I’ll give this little Dunk to you.

The Pistons did a little Halloween video and asked the player about their least favorite candy they used to get when they went Trick or Treating.

Rip was not happy with fruit and Big Ben prefers traditional candy. Poor Jason….

They played it on Palace Vision during opening night during a timeout and the bench was glued to the tube, they even poked a little fun at Jason after his part. I hope he didn’t think the soap was a bar of white chocolate and give it a bite.

We also got a gander of Rodney Stuckey’s special Skeleton kicks he wore on court Saturday night.

As always, The Detroit Pistons 2009-2010 Detroit Pistons Introductions followed by a very heartfelt dedication to Pistons owner and Member of the Basketball Hall of Fame Bill Davidson.

Ben Wallace with a HUGE ovation and being there I can tell you that he had to have felt the love in the building. Ben Gordon, who started in place of the injured Richard Hamilton got a nice ovation, but overall I was impressed by the love for Will Bynum….BYNUMITE.

No Sheed, no post intro dance, that I missed.

Could 2010 be like 2001?

Could the current configuration of this Pistons team be a stepping stone to future championships (EFC’s and the NBA) like in 2001? Well we do have Chucky Atkins and Ben Wallace back so who knows.
