The 8-22 Pistons are in Boston for the second game of a back to back to take on the 15-12 Celtics. The Celtics could be without Kevin Garnett, who’s suffering from pain from an injured hip flexor.
- The good: It may help the Pistons if Garnett doesn’t play for the Celtics, who are already short handing with Brandon Bass out and Jermaine O’Neal and Mickael Pietrus both doubtful.
- The bad: The way the Pistons are starting games. Sure they bounced back against the Spurs, but they don’t have the kind of team that can do that day in and day out.
- Who to watch: Rajon Rondo, who put up his night career triple-double on Sunday against Chicago.
- The unknown: Will Greg Monroe offensive game bounce back from his game against the Spurs and play like he has been all season.
Tip off is at 7:30 pm and will be broadcast on Fox Sports. If you can’t catch the game on TV, catch it on the radio over at 97.1 The Ticket.
