The 23-44 Pistons are back in action Wednesday night to host the 18-48 Toronto Raptors.

The Pistons are coming off a 0-3 road trip while the Raptors are currently on the longest road losing streak in franchise history, have only beaten five teams away from home this season.

Guess what Pistons fans, Detroit is one of those teams.

The Raptors are looking for their first road win in more than two months and a fourth consecutive victory at The Palace of Auburn Hills.  The Pistons are just looking for stop the bleeding from what has been one of the worst seasons on and off the court many of us can remember.

  • The good: The Pistons have taken 2 out of 3 in the series this season.  And not necessarily about this game, but it’s nice that Terrico White had a chance to practice with the team for the first time since the pre-season.
  • The bad: The Pistons and the Raptors.
  • The unknown: Another lineup change?

Joe D’s recent comments about T-mac – maybe he will be back next year on the condition he has a new coach to work with (Laimbeer)

  2. Chad says:

That was suppose to say “It was good to see Joe D’s comments” – the way it posted makes it sound liek something else.

  3. Minidude says:

Love all the publicity Monroe is getting on ESPN.com

  4. Nate says:

Rodney Stuckey with 7 assists, 1 steal, 0 turnovers and hasn’t attempted a shot in 11:31 minutes of play. I know we’re probably starting McGrady in an attempt to keep him happy with the Pistons organization, but we’ve gotta get Stuckey his time at the PG because he’s been playing really well at that position since the incident in philly.

stuckey IS the MAN!!!! duh guys.

  6. Jayg108 says:

I wasn’t sure if Monroe was a better pick over Davis until tonight. I hope he bulks up over the offseason and comes back a monster.

I read that Hamilton’s grandfather passed on. rest in peace.

  7. edt says:

in my eyes monroe doesnt have to bulk up he’s absolutely great, i mean if he bulks up its great if he doesnt its great, he’s been playing like a #1 pick not a #7 pick ever since the all star break.

our team still doesnt have any defense. notice how we got 20 points ahead a few times, and nothing happened, we have no ability to put down the sledgehammer and turn out the lights, we just have to keep scoring all nite long, cause are are the worst defensive team in the NBA

our defense is a lot worse than the suns, because they play at about 1.5 times our pace and this makes their defensive stats look a bit worse, cause they “allow” more points but what is important is pace adjusted points, and we are a bunch of matadors.

Yeah, Hamilton’s Grandfather did pass away. He’s going to miss Thursday’s practice to attend the funeral. RIP.
