The Pistons – ‘Twas the Night After Christmas

The Pistons are treating us with a ‘Twas the Night After Christmas video. Take a good look…why didn’t they just have me do it? All the cartoon Pistons with Abdenour and BYNUMITE? They may not have used my originals, (although that looks a lot like my Abdenour) but I know where they got the idea from.

Come on guys, I have been doing this for years. Give a girl a little credit.
Need4Sheed Abdenour?

Is it just me, or is this a little too Need4Sheed-esque?

I’m with you on this Nat. This all seemed a bit too N4S.

What got me chills was Gordon’s prophetic request to George Blaha for “Count that baby and a foul!” after a reverse, something that actually happened tonight, and they used just that clip twice, once before the TO and once afterwards.

Both the announcers really enjoyed watching Gordon’s timely request just before the replay of his reverse lay-up before the FT for the and one.

I guess we’re all getting our Christmas worth this year. And just about in time.

Good stuff. Not as memorable as the Sheed/Max/Amir “Jingle Bells remix,” but this’ll do. These guys are good actors too: they look upbeat and genuine, even amidst another rough season.
