When Fennis Dembo was a household name

Posted · 21 Comments

Fennis – well, maybe he was not a household name but a really original one.

Here I go with another blast from the past.

Life was simple….mullets, acid washed jeans and florescent clothing were acceptable and the Bad Boys ran the show.

The most fabulous Old School blast from the past Pistons video. Anytime you have Fennis Dembo, Scott Hastings and Chocolate Thunder in a single video clip it’s sure to be an instant classic. Enjoy your old school Friday.

    Hey Nat,

Check out my interview on Blogtalkradio with Jayreelz and JD on 8/19. How ’bout your next video is a top 10 blocks, leading off with mine on Garnett from behind in the playoffs a few years ago. Make sure you get Big Ben against LA when his ‘fro does the wave in slow-mo after the block on Shaq in ’04. We’re gonna put the D back in DEEtroit this year!

  19. You wanna know a blast from the past: short shorts. Wouldn’t it be great if the Pistons wore short shorts for just one game. Well . . . maybe just one quarter.
