This season has been rough for the Detroit Pistons, but can you imagine what it would be like if Antonio McDyess wasn’t playing the way he has all season long? Dyess plays with unbelievable heart and goes after every block, steal, rebound and loose ball like it was game 7 in San Antionio. If everyone had half the heart as Antonio McDyess, the world would be a better place.

Don’t forget them either.

McDyess is the best big men not named Sheed on our roster (but he got close, didn’t he?). He brings the energy, the effort and the heart every night. No plays off for McDyess – that’s what I really appreciate.
I’m sure that he will get MLE offers from several teams in the offseason. Let’s hope he still wants to stay in Detroit. He has to retire a Piston and I want to see his jersey hanging up there some day.
Regarding LeBron’s & Shaq’s Intros:
I don’t think that this is a bad thing. This league is about entertainment and these intros aren’t so bad. Sheed’s dance is our intro – we still have the best one.
Speaking of entertainment. How long will it take til the NBA follows in the WWF’s footsteps? Can you remember them renaming from “World Wrestling Federation” to “World Wrestling Entertainment”? If we keep seeing calls like in the Miami game, it is time…”National Basketball Entertainment”…

The intros are ok… That’s something that the teams do OFF the court. Entertainment is also important ON the court, but from the players and not from the refs…

The only issue I have with Dyess is not too long ago, he admitted that he no longer wanted to be a Piston, and was flattered that the Celtics were interested in him.
