I think I recall The Diesel who did the play by play last night mentioning that MC was applauding Amir when MC took him out after his 5th foul. It seems to me that Amir is also still playing with a Flipper hangover. Flip had an Amir rule when Amir was in the rotation for about 2 months last year. 2 fouls and go to the bench no exceptions. Flip would usually reinsert him in second half. It was nice to see MC leave Amir in with 2 fouls. This is a big step up for the young guy.
