Joe made it clear that he is not going to blow the team up. He is simply looking to shake things up. He also made it clear that if he does make a trade it will be based on who he can get more than who he gives up because everyone is accountable.

I would hate to see any of them go but that doesnt mean I wont accept it (eventually) or dont understand why they should. I completely agree with what you said. I also agree that there NEEDS to be a change. I dont agree with xXxRiPHammyxXx. I WANT A CHAMPIONSHIP! That means more to me than keeping this team together. I love them and all but I dont think there is any better feeling than your favorite team winning that ship.
