Pistons vs, Utah Preseason game #3

by Natalie Sitto on October 12, 2007

Let’s hope The Pistons vs The Jazz tonight at 7:30 turns out a bit better than the Cavs game last night although I think the Rooks got a bit of a lesson in the loss. Though meaningless, these games are great experience for the young guys. The game will not be broadcast on television, but you can listen live on NBA.com or tune into WDFN 1130 AM Detroit.

I’m off to the game, so as always leave ‘em in the comments.

I don’t mind the preseason games not being televised as long as Amir still isn’t playing.

I mind too!! Why can’t they put the games on? I don’t mean any disrespect to the Redwings fans but I’d much rather watch the Pistons on FSND any day of the week! Wish I lived closer to Detroit and had season tickets… I’d be at EVERY GAME at the Palace.

GO PISTONS!!!!

we ALWAYS slow down in the second half. we’re always in condition at half time and then we come out and throw it away and let them even it back up in the third. its sooo frustrating.

I just want to know why you guys(Pistons) has never beaten Utah in the pre-season or the regular season, never.

Boys, you all only play Utah twice during the reqular season, what is the problem?

7 assists for Stuckey to go with 11 points, 5-7 from the line… not too shabby. Nor is J-Hayes’ 16.

First of all, who gets a tech in a preseason game? Moreover, getting EJECTED from a preseason game?! That’s just unheard of!

59 fouls called. Thats an average of one foul called every 49 seconds. Who The F**K wants to pay to go see that in a preseason game?
Way to go Stern!! Way to make he hate my favorite sport.

im getting sick of hearing all this great stuff about stuckey. i dont care about how good his record is and how many points and assists he averages. obviously its not that great, or we would be winning. this team is getting all this hype about their new players and we’re losing. i can understand losing to the cavs, we lost in overtime; it was a good game. but utah? come on.

Ahmed?? I don’t think the NBA has gone to the 85 game schedule yet? Is there something you know that I don’t? Also any comment regarding ANY of the rookies in the entire league needs to be taken with a grain of salt. The difference between the NBA and college are significant. You can’t really get a feel for the players until later on in the season after they have had countless practices and games under their belt. Anonymous writer above me…….IT’S THE FREAKING PRE-SEASON. They played the starters for what 20 – 25 minutes. If they are losing games in April like that then we can panic. My message for all Pistons fans is to emain calm. Fasten your seatbelts and put your trays in an upright position. We may experience some turbulence along the way but we WILL reach our destination.
